A burnnig candle in a candle-stick, an illuminated lantern hanging from the ceiling, a decanter of wine and a cup combine to create a poetic atmos-phere in this rug, which dates back to Master Arabzadeh’s mid-career, when he felt confident enough to begin his innovations.
