Finely – Carved Ceiling Carpet Panel

This rug emulates the patterns of the mosaic ceiling of the Ali–Qapu Palace in  Isfahan, whose exquisite woodwork highlights the mastery of the Safavid craftsmen who undertook the job.

Master Arabzadeh has not satisfied himself with slavish copying he has worked his own innovations into the design.
