Uijaitu ’ s Mausoleum at Sultanieh Carpet Panel

This huge mausoleum built in the 14^th century at Sultanieh on the Tabriz- Tehran road, is one of the architectural marvels of Iran.

A drawing by a 19^th century European traveller has served as the starting point for master  Arabzadeh ‘s design that strives to picture the scene when the monument was a magnificent sight welcoming Qajar travellers.
