A pair of Safavid Doors Carpet

A carpet that emulates a pair of 16th century doors from Isfahan the glorious capital of the Safavid dynasty. the panels in the centre, and at the top and bottom of such doors were adorned with a portrait or a bucolic scene that contrasted with the floral borders around the panels.

Master Arabzadeh has added a hanging lantern to the composition.
