The Ovissi School of Mysticism
Iranians have long been fond of Islamic mysticism and many of them are adherents of one mystical school or another. One of these is the Ovissi School whose emblem incorporates two battle-axes in a symmetrical formation resembling an open heart. Here ,Master Arabzadeh has placed the emblem and the name of the school in the center of the rug with admirable skill.
